Delivery is via the postman or parcel carrier of DHL Parcel. In general, delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. In most cases, we send your order as a letterbox parcel, so it fits through the letterbox and you don't have to be home for it. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a code to track your parcel.
Accidentally provided a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
For hygiene reasons, our Bars cannot be returned once opened.
If the Bars have not been removed from their packaging, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €3.95 per package; consult the carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at contact@solyd.care. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged, or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.
