ShampooBars.nl: The best Hair & Beauty webshop 2023

This year, we at ShampooBars.nl participated in the Shopping Awards for the first time and with success! We won first prize. This means we can call ourselves the best webshop in the Hair & Beauty category for a year!

What are the Shopping Awards?

The Shopping Awards, formerly known as the Thuiswinkel Awards, is an annual ceremony in the Netherlands that rewards the best online stores in various categories. The Shopping Awards Foundation, an independent organization dedicated to improving and promoting the quality of online stores, organizes this award ceremony.

The categories in which prizes are awarded include fashion, shoes, home and living, personal care, electronics, and many others. The winners are determined by consumer reviews and a thorough assessment of the nominated stores' websites.

The Shopping Awards are considered a prestigious recognition for online stores in the Netherlands and are an important means for consumers to assess the quality and reliability of online stores before deciding to shop there.

Our participation in the Shopping Awards

Over the past year, the entire Shampoo Bars team has worked incredibly hard to bring our plastic-free products and mission to the attention of even more people, by, among other things, thoroughly reviewing the appearance of our products, packaging, and website. That's why we are extra proud that we have won the golden Shopping Awards and can call ourselves the best webshop in the Hair & Beauty category!

Following the award win, we have already given several interviews. For example, to Thuiswinkel.org, in which co-founder Lyan Garritsen talks about what the win has brought us and shares ShampooBars.nl's future plans.

Unfortunately, we could not be at the awards ceremony, but a few days later, the award was still presented to Lyan and Mark (the founders of ShampooBars.nl).
